New Mexico is one of the Four Corner States in the US (the others are Arizona, Colorado, and Utah). In addition to sharing borders with three other states, it also has an international border with Mexico. The capital city of New Mexico is Santa Fe, which is the highest out of any other capital cities in the US at 7,000 feet above sea level. The diverse landscape, the ancient Pueblo towns, and the white sands are a few things that the state is known for.
